ADAC athletes take part in local area Cross Country leagues, we also participate in Regional and National Championship events.

All of our members are elligible to take part.

During recent years the popularity of these events has grown, so if you have had enough of pounding the streets during winter nights, join us and join in racing with us on grass, avoiding tree roots and of course running through mud.

Altrincham & District AC, also organise local schools Cross Country League events within Trafford’s John Leigh Park.

Another Cross Country race in our club calendar is our Annual Cross Country Handicap event organised by Jeff Norman, followed by a bite to eat and quick drink for the prize giving ceremony.
