Throughout our history Road Running has been at the heart of our club, over the years many of our athletes have competed all over the world in road races from 5km to Marathon and beyond, some gaining international honours.

Each year ADAC organises the Trafford 10km Road Race, now held in March and co-hosts a 5km summer race series organising three races in Bowdon and Dunham Park.

Each year we field teams in the North West Road Relays, Northern 6 and 12 stage Road Relays and have successfully qualified to compete at the National 6 and 12 stage Road Relays many times.

Recently we have entered and completed a team in the Welsh Castles Road Relay, which is a superb event organised by Les Croupiers Running Club
