NORTH CHESHIRE 5K GRAND PRIX SERIES 2020
Due to the outbreak of Covid-19, this years’ series has unfortunately had to be cancelled.
Following government advice, UK Athletics have suspended all competition until at least 31st May which means we have definitely lost the first 2 races. Further to this St John Ambulance, together with other medical cover providers have withdrawn their cover until at least the end of June and we can not go ahead without this cover.
Looking further ahead, the fixture list for later in the year will be very congested and with this in mind we are not looking to re-schedule.
We will inform our online booking partner Bookit Zone of our decision and they, in due course, will email you to inform you that you will receive a full refund (less a Bookit Zone admin fee)
Lymm Runners hope to able to hold their festival of 5k, 10K and fun run on Sunday 5th July and the 5K will remain open on Bookit Zone so please check the Lymm Runners website for the latest news.
